Returns

Returns Policy:   If you purchase a product from our website we will be most happy to replace it if items are:  

1.)  Faulty  -  If the garment has manufacturing fault and is unwearable.

 2.) Wrong fit or size. - If once you receive your garment or get it home and you find that it does not fit properly and the size is wrong.

3.) Please understand that we can not accept returns on Sale items, Briefs/Knickers, or Swimwear without hygiene sticker - unless faulty.

* May Not Be Able To Guarantee Return, Replacement or Refund of Garment If There Is A Change Of Mind.

How to return or exchange

1.)  Post the product to: 14 Hewish Road, Croydon, Victoria, 3136

2.) Customers must cover the cost of the return

3.) We will ship any exchange items to you Free of charge.

 

When and how will you receive your refund?

 After we receive the returned product, we will refund your original payment method within 1 business day of receiving the returned item. Please note, your bank may take 2-7 working days to show this refund on your statement.
